Love the vintage decor, the friendly staff, great prices, relaxed atmosphere. Many regulars making this cute little dive their spot. Might be our new spot too.

Have only ever been here for breakfast. Servers are usually friendly but food is just ok in my opinion....normally being slightly undercooked for my liking. I ordered bacon extra crispy and came out not even at "normal" crispiness. Ordered over medium eggs but still have runny egg whites. Dining room is cramped and doesn't look like it's been updated since the 80's.

Cozy dining. Delicious food and friendly waitress. Talk about nostalgia! Good old fashioned diner. 10/10

Walking in, you feel like you've entered a time capsule. The decor - from the movie posters on the walls to the lighting fixtures at each booth, evokes a much earlier era - maybe the 1930s or 40s. The folks who most often frequent this establishment were small children or just being born in this era so there may be a little nostalgia that pulls them back again and again. That and the low prices! The restaurant is charming and cozy with a quiet, friendly atmosphere. Most of the time, the service is great, friendly, and on the ball. However, the food is very much a gamble. After getting rubbery "cajun chicken", "stuffed peppers" served swimming in a grease sauce with a wee bit of tomato in it, then finally "roasted turkey breast" which turned out to be a slab of Jennie-O condensed turkey loaf, I have been unable to bring myself back. This little hole-in-the-wall would be a real delight if they didn't choose to cut costs via the very foundation of the business - the food. That said, my guy has never been disappointed with a meal here, so perhaps it's just a case of different strokes for different folks - but after my Jennie-O plate, even he agreed it might be time to take a break from Kelly's.

Best liver and onions! Mashed potatoes ok, but cole slaw delicious! Service top notch!
